About Me
IMAGERY & DESIGN EXPERT
I majored in Media and Design in Berlin, Germany. After interning for architect Martin Opatz and studying International Media Informatics, I went on to design at interactive agency webfox where I worked for about three years.
I balanced my day job with personal creative work as well as freelance work, like being commissioned to photograph Daniel Radcliffe for worldwide publishing. Eventually, I got offers to work for established companies, so I decided to design full-time as a freelancer. This allowed me to work on various cool projects, from emerging brands to current events.
My creative approach—no matter the medium—is to find points of tension behind the idea I’ve been assigned to or am interested in. With several iterations on each point I usually end up refining the one I find most controversial.
For me, controversy isn’t about instigation, but rather, a way to catch your audience. It’s a way to plant a little bit of desire in their hearts; a yearning to turn the page and learn more about the idea. Ultimately, it’s about creating memorable experience through images.
Why Work With Me
WEB • BRANDING • UX/UI
I am not just another graphic designer with 10 years of commercial expericence in the DTP and online field, especially creativity with a good portion of sophistication and fun is my signature. My intuition for composition, layout and visual language has given companies an identity, a “face”.
I always prefer and go for a challenge.

“That’s been one of my mantras — focus and simplicity. Simple can be harder than complex; you have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple.”
“I think if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long. Just figure out what’s next.”
